Continue is an open-source platform for building AI-powered coding assistants and agentic workflows that run in your IDE, terminal, and CI. It provides VS Code and JetBrains extensions plus a CLI for chat, inline autocomplete, edit actions, and real-time agents. Teams use Continue Hub to centrally configure models, prompts, rules, and MCP tools, enforce allow/block lists, and proxy API keys so developers can use but not view secrets. Continue is model-flexible (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Together, Azure OpenAI, Ollama, LM Studio) and Apache-2.0 licensed.
