DailyHelm is an agentic AI business reviewer that connects read-only to a company's analytics, ads, SEO, billing, and code platforms and writes a prioritized morning brief. Findings are ranked by expected impact and effort, each with cited evidence and a recommended next step. It is aimed at founders and operators who run marketing, engineering, and finance together.

## What It Is

DailyHelm is a business monitoring and review tool. After a short onboarding about what the business sells and what success looks like, users connect platforms such as GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, Shopify, GitHub, and Stripe through OAuth. The product pulls a daily snapshot and produces a plain-English digest of what changed overnight, with the top actions pinned at the top. Users can accept, snooze, or dismiss each finding, and the digest is delivered by email or read in the app.

## Six specialists led by Aria

Work is split across six agents running in parallel: Iris (analytics and growth), Pitch (ads), Echo (SEO), Ada (code), Penny (cost), and Sage (site UX). Each reports structured findings with severity, impact, confidence, and effort. Aria, the lead agent, correlates findings across specialists, ranks them, and writes the brief. Users can also chat with Aria, who has the business profile, current findings, and the last 30 days of metrics as context, and who cites the finding behind each answer.

## Example findings

The site shows examples such as a conversion tracking blackout traced to a removed gtag include in a specific commit, wasted ad spend on zero-conversion search terms, local-search ranking drops, products missing from a sitemap after a deploy, and failed-payment surges. Individual agents can be paused from settings.

## Access and data handling

DailyHelm states that all connectors are read-only and use OAuth rather than API keys, that data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and that its AI providers are contractually prohibited from training on user data. It also offers an API with webhooks, and an agency multi-client mode is listed as coming soon.
