## What It Is

A template library for Grok Bot, xAI's durable AI teammate. Each template is a PROFILE that defines a Bot's job, a never-list of actions it must not take, a first task, and a Bot Ready score. Categories include engineering, sales, marketing, ops, research, personal, product, support, legal, finance, creator and meta.

## How the Workflow Works

Users can create a Bot named Setup in Grok Bot, paste the START.md URL, and tap a team such as Eng, which groups Bug Reproduction, Issue Drafter and PR Reviewer. Setup fetches each Bot's PROFILE.md rather than inventing prompts. Alternatively, users copy a single PROFILE from the catalog into Bot actions, then Edit Profile, connect the listed plugins, and send the first task.

## Autonomy and Safety Model

Templates default to L1 Draft, which produces review-ready drafts without sending, posting, paying, merging or touching production. The documented levels are L0 Observe, L1 Draft, L2 Approved action and L3 Scheduled. Routines are meant to be enabled only after two good runs.

## CLI and Machine API

An optional CLI, run through npx from GitHub, can list templates, print paste-ready PROFILEs, initialize a team, and compute Bot Ready scores or badges. The site also publishes catalog.json, versioned API endpoints and llms.txt so other Bots can read the catalog.
