Hatchable, built by Woobox, is a hosting platform where you describe an app to the AI you already use, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex, and Hatchable runs it. Each project is created with a private Postgres database, sign-in, email, file storage, and a live hatchable.site URL.

## What It Is

Hatchable is an MCP-connected app platform. You add Hatchable once as a connector in your AI tool, then ask the AI to build something "on hatchable." The AI writes the code and deploys it directly, with no build configuration to learn. Hatchable does not bundle its own AI, so you use your existing AI subscription.

## Staying Connected After Launch

The vendor says the same AI connection that built an app stays open after deploy. The AI can read logs, query data, change the schema, send email, and redeploy from the same chat. Projects can also expose their own MCP tools so other agents can operate them.

## Marketplace and Remixing

You can start from working apps in the marketplace, such as mcpMail, Hatchform, Tablestack, and URL Shortener. Copying one gives you your own isolated database and infrastructure, and your AI can modify it. Creators can publish their own apps, free or paid. Code and data are exportable, and an Enterprise option offers a single-tenant deployment with SSO and SCIM.

## Limits to Know

The FAQ states that heavy media and native mobile apps are not a fit yet. Hatchable targets web apps with a database, auth, file storage, and AI calls.
