MacWhisper is a desktop transcription tool for macOS. Users drag and drop audio or video files (mp3, wav, m4a, ogg, opus, mov, mp4) or record from the Mac microphone, and receive text transcripts in over 100 languages. Watched folders auto-transcribe new files, and transcripts can be sent to Notion, Zapier, Obsidian, n8n, Make.com or a custom webhook. A CLI allows control from scripts and agent workflows.
