## How the Company Loop Works

When a user provides an objective, Matrix routes intent through a layered coordination structure:

- **CEO Office** — sets the objective, policy, and cadence
- **OKR System** — breaks the objective into key results and tasks
- **Departments** — Research, Engineering, Growth, Product, and more run in parallel, each with a Lead Agent, Worker Agents, and a shared Memory.md file
- **Proof + Artifacts** — completed work is verified and stored for reuse

This loop is designed to keep work moving autonomously after the first prompt, with agents collaborating through a unified file system.

## Agent Capabilities and Built-in Primitives

Every agent in Matrix gets native computer and browser use, durable work memory, and multi-agent coordination. The platform ships with built-in primitives that bypass traditional business setup:

- **Agent Revenue** — Stripe-connected payment infrastructure so agents can accept payments without company registration
