## What It Is

Outside Agent is an agent-building and hosting platform for repeatable customer workflows such as quote intake, lead follow-up, scheduling, support and reminders. Each agent is built around a specific job: it asks questions, collects information, answers from approved source material, triggers configured actions, and hands off to a person when judgment is needed. ## How Building Works

## Control and Human Handoff

Users choose what the agent can say, which channels it uses, when it escalates, and how usage is billed. Sensitive, uncertain or high-value moments can be routed to a person rather than having the agent guess. Example agents on the homepage include a legal intake agent that gathers a client's story, timeline, people and documents into a case file for attorney review, with other examples in dental, events and Meta ads.
