## How the Workflow Runs

A product change is defined as a Change Request linking its goal, affected specification revisions, project branch, implementation impact, and linked issue. Coding agents pull specifications, architecture guidance, software units, file traces, and Change Request context over MCP, and can record and resolve Findings as work progresses. Afterward, AI verifiers inspect the specifications, architecture guidance, and linked implementation within a defined scope, and the team reviews the results and updates the model.

## AI Assistants and QA

AI Analyst clarifies ideas and proposes specification changes as reviewable diffs. AI Test Designer prepares test cases, AI Architect develops subsystem and software-unit guidance, and AI Product Expert answers questions about the product. A separate MCP interface lets QA agents run prepared test runs and record results, statuses, and comments in Reqode.
