# SuperCMO Skills

> Open-source agent skills and a local MCP server that let AI coding agents plan, write and produce marketing ads, UGC videos and product photos.

SuperCMO Skills is an Apache-2.0 open-source collection of agent skills from SuperCMO that installs into Claude Code, Cursor and Codex, plus any MCP client. Given a product photo or link and a brief, the agent plans the campaign, writes copy and scripts, and generates finished ad assets such as UGC videos, ad videos, cartoon videos, image ads and product photos.

## What It Is

SuperCMO Skills turns a text-based coding agent into a marketing production workflow. The skills are installed with a single npx command, and a local MCP server exposes image and video generation tools to the host agent. A hosted version, SuperCMO Cloud, runs the same skills in the browser for people who prefer not to install anything.

## How the Production Pipeline Works

A brief such as a one-minute video ad moves through a chain of skills: product analysis from a URL or photo, planning and scripting into a shot list, master reference images, video clip generation with anchor references for product and actor consistency, voiceover timed to the video, and stitching into one file. The user approves the concept, creator and script before expensive renders, and every generation supports a dry_run preview of the exact request.

It also lists research and planning skills: competitor ad research, auditing your own ads, campaign planning, brand analysis, competitor identification and onboarding from a website link. Supporting skills cover AI actor casting, audio, image and video generation, storyboards, ad copy and video scripts and prompts.

## Keys and Setup

Users can bring their own vendor keys, with requests going directly to the vendor, or sign in with a SuperCMO key and pay per use through credits. Keys are stored in a local ~/.supercmo/.env file. The MCP server runs through uvx, so uv is a prerequisite. Anonymous opt-out telemetry is documented, and it excludes prompts, generated media and keys.
