## What It Is

TeamRetro is a facilitation platform for recurring agile team meetings. Teams run retrospectives with independent brainstorming, anonymous voting and a timeboxed workflow, and capture proposed actions and team agreements. Standups collect what people did, plan to do and what is blocking them. Health checks use common models or custom surveys to track team health over time, and estimation supports collaborative planning poker.

The site describes icebreaker games, shared whiteboards, live reactions, music, quick polls and kudos to keep participants engaged. Reporting covers team sentiment, action item tracking, recurring themes, word clouds, team-health radars and ROTI (return on time invested) feedback, across one team or a whole organization.

## trAI Assistant and Integrations

trAI groups ideas into themes, drafts summaries, turns votes into action items and can suggest formats or icebreakers. It acts with the permissions of the person using it and cannot reveal who wrote anonymous input. On Enterprise accounts it is off by default until admins enable it. Action items, summaries and health-check results can be pushed to tools such as Jira, GitHub, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Confluence and Notion, or accessed through a REST API, webhooks and an MCP server. Exports include Excel, CSV, PDF, Markdown and email.

## Security and Hosting

The vendor states it is SOC 2 Type 2 accredited and publishes a SOC 3 report. It lists GDPR compliance, SSO via SAML, SCIM provisioning, audit logs on request, and a choice of US (Northern Virginia) or EU (Frankfurt) hosting regions.
