Products & Services
A Web3-native conversational AI agent available on the web and iOS/Android. It covers crypto intelligence, prediction markets and US-stock insights; aggregates real-time and on-chain data; supports Sentinel monitoring and scheduled tasks; checks wallet risk; and drafts non-custodial trades that the user signs.
An in-house Model Context Protocol framework for intelligent routing and coordination across data and execution environments, exposing Web3 protocols as AI building blocks and supporting MCP workflows.
Native iOS and Android apps with chat, voice input/read-aloud, push notifications, Sentinel watch mode, prediction-market orders, wallet connectivity, multi-chain balances, DEX swaps, scheduled tasks and shareable reports.
Institutional digital-asset financing platform for originating and managing loans and monitoring collateral with near-real-time data. It supports Bitcoin supply-chain financing, mining-machine loans and margin/Bitcoin loans, and generates technology financing and platform fees.
Market Position
Nina positions itself between general-purpose AI assistants and crypto data terminals: unlike general AI it combines named real-time Web3 data, persistent user memory, proactive monitoring and structured reports; unlike data tools it closes the intelligence-to-execution loop with a user-signed, non-custodial transaction. Antalpha Prime competes in institutional digital-asset financing through collateral monitoring, underwriting and Bitmain ecosystem integration.

Founding Story
The Antalpha business began by serving Bitcoin miners and Bitmain customers with financing, initially launching purchase-order financing in July 2022, adding mining-machine financing in October 2022 and on-rack machine financing with Bitmain in April 2023. Antalpha Platform Technologies Limited was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands on January 18, 2023; the group later separated the Antalpha business and its employees from Northstar in a 2024 reorganization. The newer Nina initiative extends the company’s digital-asset infrastructure into AI, with the stated vision of building intelligent routing and coordination infrastructure.
Business Model
Revenue Model
For the financing business, Antalpha earns technology financing fees and technology platform fees from loan origination, servicing and platform access; its financing partner Northstar has historically supplied most loan funding. For Nina, the core service is advertised at $0.00 per month; Antalpha says it charges only a transparent routing fee on an execution path and does not take a cut of principal or profits.
Pricing Tiers
The public Nina site advertises zero monthly cost, with no API keys or hosting cost required.
