ArmorIQ
ArmorIQ is the control fabric for autonomous AI agents. It captures and signs agent intent, verifies every planned action against policy at runtime, and blocks or audits actions that exceed delegated authority so organizations can operate AI agents with transparency, accountability, safety, and compliance.

Products & Services
Runtime intent-intelligence layer that intercepts agent plans, captures reasoning and decision paths, evaluates scope and policy before execution, justifies actions, and keeps steps aligned from intent to impact.
Developer security product for scanning MCP servers and AI-agent logic inside VS Code; detects secrets, misconfigurations, protocol violations and vulnerabilities before deployment.
Agent IAM and identity layer for issuing, scoping, delegating and revoking agent credentials, including on-behalf-of flows and identity lifecycle management.
System-layer isolation for long-running agents that binds an agent task to the authorizing objective and enforces authority across files, processes and network calls down to the kernel.
Market Position
ArmorIQ positions itself as an intent-enforcement and control layer between AI reasoning and execution. It says IAM controls who can access a resource while ArmorIQ controls what an already-authorized agent does; it complements rather than replaces IAM, Zero Trust and monitoring, and differentiates from after-the-fact logging and conventional guardrails by inspecting and blocking actions before execution.

Founding Story
ArmorIQ was started around the thesis that autonomous agents fail primarily because they misinterpret or drift from user intent, not because they lack intelligence. Its initial vision was to move the control point from identity and endpoint/API access to intent: inspect the agent's plan, bind actions to identity and delegated scope, enforce policy before execution, and provide a complete audit trail.
Business Model
Revenue Model
Commercial software/platform subscriptions for the ArmorIQ control fabric, offered with cloud and self-hosted deployment options; the company also provides open-source developer plugins such as ArmorClaw.
