End-to-end enterprise AI transformation service/software covering diagnostics, workflow and ROI mapping, Company Brain deployment, automation pilots, production deployment, and impact measurement.
An organizational context and memory layer deployed on infrastructure controlled by the customer. It connects people, workflows, decisions, commitments, metrics, risks, and relationships so leaders and agents can work from grounded, current context.
The graph-based memory engine behind the Codos Company Brain. It ingests workplace conversations, meeting notes, documents, and business-system records; extracts evidence-backed facts and relationships; resolves identities; and maintains current records with history.
An operating and governance layer for reviewing AI initiatives, owners, blockers, adoption, quality, overrides, expected and verified impact, and finance validation.
Market Position
Codos positions itself between traditional consulting and do-it-yourself/internal AI programs: unlike a strategy deck or disconnected AI tool, it combines diagnostics, organizational context infrastructure, hands-on engineering, production deployment, governance, and finance-verified impact. Its stated differentiators include weeks rather than 6–9 months to value, customer-controlled/on-premises deployment, and dedicated FDE support. Relevant alternatives include McKinsey-style transformation consulting, internal AI teams building bespoke systems, and enterprise search/RAG and agent platforms.

Founding Story
Dima Khanarin and Gleb Sidora started Codos after seeing organizations struggle to turn AI investment into bottom-line impact. Their initial vision was to run transformation end to end as software: AI agents interview employees, an on-premises company brain provides context to leadership and agents, and AI forward-deployed engineers run automation cycles across functions to enable self-evolving organizations.
Business Model
Revenue Model
Enterprise engagements combining paid AI-transformation diagnostics, pilots, software/platform deployment, professional services, and forward-deployed engineering. Codos describes customer work as separate products, diagnostics, pilots, software, professional services, and deployments governed by commercial agreements.
