Copy.ai, Inc.
To infuse AI across the go-to-market engine with a single platform to codify best practices, unify data, connect teams, and eliminate GTM bloat.
Founding Story
Paul Yacoubian (a non-tech founder with finance background) and Chris Lu (a technologist) met while working at the ESO Fund. They experimented with AI-driven projects and utilized GPT-3 technology to build AI copywriting tools. The company was launched on October 18, 2020 on Twitter during the COVID lockdown, following a 'building in public' philosophy. The service gained 2,000 users within its first 48 hours and grew rapidly from there.
