Market Position
Adzic is positioned as a practitioner-led alternative to conventional software-delivery consulting and product-management thought leadership, combining books, methods, workshops and working software. Votito differentiates as a feedback-to-roadmap product-decision platform that combines voting with surveys, evidence collection, interpretation and automated scoring for small teams, while Narakeet focuses on fast text-driven narrated video production and Lights-on focuses on deterministic guardrails around AI coding agents.
Leadership
Executive Team
Gojko Adzic
Founder of Votito; founder or co-founder of Narakeet and MindMup; partner at Neuri Consulting LLP
Software-delivery consultant, author and conference speaker. He previously co-founded MindMup, co-founded Narakeet, founded Votito and co-founded Neuri; he is an AWS Serverless Hero and has received software-testing and agile-testing awards.
Founding Story
Adzic began as a software-delivery consultant and author, and has built practical tools and methods around recurring problems he encountered in product development. Narakeet came from his frustration with the time and inconsistency involved in recording and updating narrated tutorial videos: after spending more than four hours making five minutes of content, he decided to build a system that could generate and synchronize narration quickly. Votito was started to help small teams make better product decisions as AI makes software cheaper to build and teams increasingly need to do product research themselves.
