Products & Services
An on-device, MIT-licensed knowledge graph tool that maps code repositories into a traversable graph for AI coding assistants to reason over.
Enterprise-grade features including merge-gate verification, graph-aware code review, automated engineering reports (graphify digest), and Jira/Atlassian connectors.
Market Position
Graphify positions itself as a structured, relationship-aware alternative to vector-based RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) for code. It emphasizes 'Structure over similarity' and 'Grounded answers' by using a knowledge graph rather than just cosine distance.

Founders
Safi Shamsi
Founder & CEO of Graphify Labs. Previously an AI Engineer at Valent and AI researcher at the University of Birmingham. Expertise in knowledge graphs and machine learning; attended Oxford ML Summer School.
Executive Team
Safi Shamsi
Founder & CEO
AI Engineer with a focus on Knowledge Graphs; previously at Valent and UoB.
Founding Story
The company was started to solve the failure of AI coding assistants in reasoning over codebase connections and providing auditable answers. Founders saw that grep and vector search were insufficient for deep code understanding and built a graph-based memory layer that runs on-device.
Business Model
Revenue Model
Open Core: The core project is open-source and free, while enterprise-grade features and integrations are offered through a paid enterprise tier (currently in early access).
Pricing Tiers
Free forever, MIT-licensed, runs on-device, no limits on nodes or repos.
Early access. Includes formal verification, graph-aware code review, and integrations like Jira.
