Founding Story
GroupMap originated from the OzAPP competition and interviews with 100 facilitators and educators. Jeremy Lu and Brad Ward wanted to go beyond a whiteboard or sticky-note app by combining process, design and engagement to improve group decision quality; the company says it launched TeamRetro in 2018 to help teams run retrospectives that lead to real change rather than merely another meeting.
