Founding Story
The founders came together in 2023 to solve the 'judgment gap' in finance automation. Rajeev Pathak experienced the pain of manual accounts payable/receivable firsthand at his previous startups, while Ram Jayaraman witnessed his father struggle with complex CA workflows. They partnered with AI scientist Niyati Chhaya to build 'Agentic AI' that thinks like a finance team.
