Founding Story
MepMail is a founder-led product built by Jean Carlos Vargas and presented as a fork/evolution of the MillionSend open-source project. The initial vision was to provide an open-source, self-hostable alternative to Resend, SendGrid, Mailgun and Postmark for application email, while also combining domain-based business mail and controlled AI-agent access in one platform.
