Founding Story
Levenza began as ShareCal after Haefa Mansour and Austin Tackaberry left their jobs to build AI software for executive assistants. They worked closely with executive assistants to address email ping-pong, repetitive requests, and difficult scheduling; early support from partners at Bain & Company helped them build for enterprise customers from the start. The initial product was an AI calendar that spread through executive-assistant word of mouth, and the company later expanded into a broader administrative-workflow platform.
