Products & Services
Free, open-source low-code platform for building internal and customer-facing apps; can be self-hosted or run through cloud/hosting options and is licensed under AGPL-3.0.
Enterprise platform for self-hosted/private deployments, licensed per instance rather than per platform user, with enterprise controls and optional AI and support services.
Optional LLM-assisted app creation and editing service that can create or update components, layouts, properties and queries while leaving the resulting app inspectable and editable in the visual editor.
Embeddable SDK enabling Lowcoder-created apps to be embedded in websites, applications and mobile apps; the 2.6.2 release also optimized its bundling.
Market Position
Lowcoder positions itself as an open-source alternative to Retool, ToolJet and Appsmith, combining internal-tool building with customer-facing, public and embeddable apps. Its differentiators are AGPL-3.0/open-source availability, self-hosting and private deployment, direct JavaScript/SQL/API control, video/collaboration components, and Enterprise pricing based on instances rather than per-user platform seats; the platform also competes with Bubble and Power Apps for visual application development.
