Founders Tobias and Karim, friends for over 10 years from Austria, realized that setting up infrastructure for the Model Context Protocol (MCP) was a significant bottleneck for developers. They pivoted to build Metorial as a 'turn-key' solution—effectively the 'Vercel for MCP'—to enable seamless agentic AI integrations.
