Modaal
Modaal builds a macOS app that orchestrates AI coding agents to turn plain-language descriptions into production-ready native iOS and Android apps. Products & Services
A macOS app that orchestrates a user's AI coding agent and native toolchains. It turns descriptions, PRDs, screenshots or Figma links into reviewed plans and then real Swift/SwiftUI iOS projects and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose Android projects, with build-and-fix loops, local simulators, Git repositories and store distribution.
An open-source framework for building iOS and Android apps as verifiable twins: shared pure logic, platform-native UI, recorded fixtures and byte-identical parity checks. It offers Swift and Kotlin Multiplatform flavors plus an associated CLI/tooling family.
Optional hands-on service providing two live sessions per month plus async chat with an iOS architect.
Optional hands-on service offering up to eight hours per month, weekly synchronization and a dedicated channel.
Market Position
Modaal positions itself against AI app builders and cross-platform tools such as Rork, Lovable, Bolt, FlutterFlow and other web-wrapper or React Native/Flutter approaches. Its differentiator is a local, exportable codebase that produces real Swift and Kotlin, two platform-native UIs, a reviewed spec-first workflow and mechanically tested behavioral parity rather than a web shell or disposable prototype. It complements rather than replaces general-purpose agents such as Claude Code, Cursor and Codex.

Founding Story
The founders spent more than 15 years designing, engineering and shipping 100+ native apps for clients, Fortune 500 companies and their own products. They started Modaal after repeatedly seeing founders, PMs and designers forced to choose between fast-but-fragile hybrid/prototype tools and expensive senior mobile teams; the initial vision was to package their repeatable native-app architecture and workflow into an AI-assisted product.
