Products & Services
Open-source, production-oriented Java Agentic RAG platform covering document ingestion, knowledge bases, hybrid retrieval, intent understanding, model routing, AgentScope/MCP tool use, streaming answers, evidence/citations, memory, observability and administration.

High-concurrency, large-storage SaaS URL-shortening platform for internship, campus-recruiting and experienced-hire project practice.
High-concurrency coupon platform covering coupon seckill, distribution, settlement and search, built with Spring Boot 3, Spring Cloud Alibaba, RocketMQ and Elasticsearch.
Market Position
nageoffer positions itself as an open-source, employment-oriented project-practice organization rather than a conventional SaaS vendor. Ragent is positioned against toy RAG demos and API-only tutorials through a production-oriented Java implementation with full ingestion-to-answer coverage, hybrid retrieval, Agent/MCP execution, memory, observability and administration; the official materials contrast it with general application frameworks such as Spring AI and LangChain4j and with simpler tutorial implementations.

Founders
马丁(程序员马丁 / Ding Ma)
Business architect and Alibaba P7 engineer; Apache ShardingSphere Committer and Hippo4j maintainer. He began blogging in 2019, open-sourced the Hippo4j dynamic thread-pool framework in 2021, contributed to Apache ShardingSphere in 2022, and created the nageoffer open-source organization in 2023.
Executive Team
马丁(程序员马丁 / Ding Ma)
Founder; business architect; community host and principal technical creator
Alibaba P7 engineer, Apache ShardingSphere Committer and Hippo4j maintainer; author of the nageoffer project and Ragent AI materials.
Founding Story
According to the founder's biography, nageoffer grew out of his open-source work and his discovery that technical education and knowledge sharing could be sustainable. He created the organization in 2023 to package practical, real-business projects and guidance that help learners build credible résumés and succeed in campus and experienced-hire interviews. The later Ragent project was started because AI/RAG/Agent skills were becoming common interview and production requirements, and the founder had encountered information-island, knowledge-retrieval and efficiency problems in real AI deployments.
