Founding Story
Neatro was started to give Agile coaches, Scrum Masters and distributed teams a more effective way to run remote or in-person retrospectives and convert team feedback into continuous improvement. The founders built an online tool around structured facilitation, psychological safety, inclusive participation and practical action plans; the product initially launched as a free beta with six retrospective activities.
