Products & Services
Unified terminal for advanced onchain traders. It identifies and executes delta-neutral and funding-rate-arbitrage strategies across perp DEXs, synchronizes multi-leg trades, and monitors positions and PnL in one interface.
Open-source, MIT-licensed, read-only Model Context Protocol server for cited market research in Claude, ChatGPT-compatible MCP clients and other agent hosts. It provides market search, asset research, aligned comparisons, market overview and SEC company fundamentals using public data, with no account or API key.
Developer infrastructure inherited from Omni that remains available to teams building cross-chain intent and interoperability applications; it powered integrations including Symbiotic and Cygnus.
Web app for migrating OMNI to NOM at the announced 1:75 redenomination ratio following the rebrand.
Market Position
Nomina positions itself as a Bloomberg-Terminal-like unified interface for onchain markets, differentiating from individual perp DEX interfaces such as Hyperliquid, Lighter and Extended by aggregating venues, surfacing cross-venue funding spreads, synchronizing execution and monitoring multi-leg strategies in one place. Its MCP product is positioned as a cited, read-only alternative to generic market-data tools for AI agents.

Executive Team
Austin King
Co-founder and CEO
Harvard computer-science background; previously associated with Ripple and Microsoft and built Interledger-related payments infrastructure.
Tyler Tarsi
Co-founder and CTO
Harvard-trained engineer and mathematician; former quant trading strategist at Stovell AI Systems and ML engineer at DataProphet.
Founding Story
King and Tarsi founded Omni (the predecessor to Nomina) to dissolve the fragmentation of Ethereum's rollup ecosystem and give applications access to users and liquidity across chains. After building interoperability infrastructure and the SolverNet SDK, the team pivoted toward a unified trading terminal because advanced onchain traders were still forced to manage fragmented tools and venues; Omni rebranded to Nomina in 2025.
