Products & Services
Normalized, high-volume data ingestion with access control for RAG implementations. Features Sync API, Permissions API, normalized schemas, and sync frequency up to every minute. Purpose-built for deep data ingestion for AI and B2B products.
Real-time, synchronous actions for AI agents and workflow products. Provides 1000+ integration tools via a single API call, with JSON Schema and OpenAPI specs for every action. Features full MCP (Model Context Protocol) compatibility, LLM-agnostic design, and low-latency third-party actions.
Integration job orchestration available via 'Paragraph' (a TypeScript framework) or a low-code visual editor. Supports event-driven automations, custom webhooks, Git repo sync, and release environments (Dev, Staging, Prod).
Embeddable and white-labeled UI component for end-users to authenticate and configure integrations. Also available as headless implementation (launched June 2025) for fully customized authentication flows.
Market Position
Positions as the leading embedded iPaaS for engineering teams at mid-market and enterprise companies. Key differentiators: (1) Developer-native experience with Integrations-as-Code (Paragraph TypeScript framework), (2) Enterprise readiness with on-premise/self-hosting support and ability to handle 100M+ requests per day, (3) Scalable pricing based on connected users rather than per-integration, (4) Fully white-labeled Connect Portal, (5) SOC 2 Type 2 certified. Competes against Prismatic, Workato, Tray Embedded, Cyclr, Pandium, and Merge. Main advantages: more cohesive developer experience, better extensibility, release environments with staging/production, and bi-directional editing between visual and code.

Board of Directors
Founding Story
Founded in August 2019 by Brandon Foo and Ishmael Samuel after experiencing integration challenges firsthand at Polymail, their previous company (YC S16). At Polymail, they struggled with building and maintaining vendor-specific integrations, which inspired them to create a solution that would enable any company to build integrations 70% faster than in-house development. Their vision was to become the connecting layer for all software—the 'Plaid for SaaS'—so no company would need to develop or maintain their own SaaS integrations.
