Popcraft
Popcraft is an all-in-one AI creative studio that lets creators generate and edit video, images, audio, music, sound effects and avatar content without a camera or traditional production crew. It brings leading third-party models into one workflow and also makes those capabilities available to AI agents through MCP and to enterprise products through an API.

Products & Services
The main multi-model web platform for generating and editing video, images, audio, music, sound effects, talking avatars and other character content. It includes Studio for product-to-UGC workflows, Canvas for multi-step creative work, and Templates for repeatable ad formats.
An MCP server at https://popcraft.ai/api/mcp that lets Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex and other MCP clients explore models, upload references, preview costs and generate video, images, audio, 3D and upscaled media using OAuth rather than manually managed API keys.
Enterprise-only asynchronous API that exposes the model catalog through one endpoint, with upfront credit quotes, signed webhooks, usage controls, organization-level limits and negotiated volume pricing.
A workflow that takes a product and positioning, then casts a creator, writes a hook and produces UGC-style advertising content.
Market Position
Popcraft positions itself as a multi-model creative-production layer rather than a single-model generator: it puts leading image, video, audio and avatar models side by side, exposes the full workflow in one studio, and adds agent-native MCP and an enterprise API. Its positioning overlaps with AI video and creative suites such as Runway and other model-specific or all-in-one generative-media tools, while differentiating through breadth of model choice, upfront credit transparency, integrated audio/avatar workflows and agent connectivity.

Founding Story
Popcraft was created to close the gap between people with creative ideas and people with production budgets. The initial vision was a single studio where an idea could move from a sentence, image or existing footage to a finished video, image, voice, music or avatar deliverable without juggling separate production apps; the team later extended that platform into an MCP server after its own members began briefing Claude and Cursor instead of opening the web app.
Business Model
Revenue Model
Consumer and creator subscriptions bundled with monthly credits, plus non-expiring credit top-ups. Enterprise API usage is metered in credits and sold to organizations on negotiated volume contracts; charges apply only when a generation job succeeds. Credits are approximately $0.01 each as a reference rate.
Pricing Tiers
100 credits to try, no card; one job at a time, 720p up to five seconds, three saved avatars, watermarked personal-use outputs and no monthly allowance.
1,000 credits per month, two concurrent jobs, all video and image models, commercial license, two voice clones and watermark-free downloads; first month promotion is $1.99.
4,000 credits per month, four concurrent jobs, commercial license, five voice clones and watermark-free downloads.
12,000 credits per month, eight concurrent jobs, 10% off top-ups, 15 voice clones, Seedance discounts and selected unlimited-generation access.
28,000 credits per month, ten concurrent jobs, 10% off top-ups, 50 voice clones, larger Seedance discounts and the broadest unlimited-generation access.
Negotiated volume pricing with invoicing/net terms, raised concurrency and request limits, dedicated capacity and organization-level credit ceilings.
