Founding Story
Prior Labs was founded to solve the 'tabular data gap' in AI. While LLMs excel at text and code, they struggle with the structured tabular data that runs businesses. The company was born out of Prof. Frank Hutter's research group at the University of Freiburg, building on their breakthrough TabPFN model.
