Founding Story
Dan Cleary and Dalton Pierce founded PromptHub in May 2023 after their experience building web applications and previous startups together (Tether, Modus, Up2Code). They recognized the growing need for prompt management tools as AI models became more prevalent and prompt engineering emerged as a critical skill. Their vision was to democratize prompt engineering and make it accessible to everyone, not just developers, with a focus on collaboration, versioning, and security.
