Products & Services
Unified B2B support and customer-operations platform that tracks customer issues across channels and lets humans and agents investigate, resolve, and act on them.
Versioned agent harness that orchestrates frontier and open-weight models with domain-specific context, memory, tools, routing, evaluations, guardrails, and runtime controls.
On-demand AI operator that investigates questions, uses connected tools, takes actions, and delegates work to external agents.
Specialized agents that run skills automatically when triggered and post their work back into an issue.
Market Position
Pylon positions itself as an agentic, B2B-specific alternative to legacy and primarily email-oriented help desks. Its differentiation is combining omnichannel conversational support, account and product context, cross-functional post-sales workflows, and AI agents that investigate and act rather than only classify or draft tickets. Public comparison pages position it against Zendesk, Intercom, Front, Plain, Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira, and Help Scout.

Founding Story
The founders noticed that B2B companies were increasingly conducting customer communication in Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Discord rather than only through email and ticket forms, while traditional post-sales tools did not fit those workflows. Founded in November 2022, Pylon began by building tooling to track, manage, and route those conversational customer interactions, then expanded into a unified B2B customer-operations and agentic-support platform.
Business Model
Revenue Model
B2B software subscription sold through a demo-led sales process; customers pay for access to Pylon's support, customer-operations, analytics, and AI-agent platform. Public materials emphasize booking a demo rather than self-serve prices.
