Founding Story
Founded in 2022 by developers Itamar Friedman and Dedy Kredo who believed that standard code coverage was insufficient to ensure code integrity. They established the company (originally as CodiumAI) to address the radical transformation of the software development lifecycle and the increasing need for code reliability as more software is generated by AI. The founders built the platform based on meticulous methodology and exploring edge cases in code, with the vision that a developer's time is better spent creating value than on manual code integrity tasks.
