Products & Services
An AI gaming copilot that uses game-specific data and vision analysis to provide real-time expert advice, tactical coaching, walkthrough hints, pre- and post-match analysis, personalized guidance and hardware-performance recommendations through an in-game overlay.
An AI game-testing and QA assistant that detects bugs, crashes and performance issues, captures evidence, generates reproduction steps and reports, and is designed to reduce QA time by up to 50%.
Free, open-source AI development toolkit for engineers and researchers. It automatically discovers GPUs, configures environments, forms clusters and optimizes local inference and fine-tuning for LLMs and, in later releases, image, video and audio models.
Configurable professional AI workstation designed for demanding training, inference and simulation, with multi-GPU capability, large memory capacity, high-speed interconnects, local secure compute and tower-to-rack deployment.
Market Position
Razer AI positions itself at the intersection of gaming hardware, game-development software and local-first AI. Compared with general-purpose cloud AI platforms and game-technology vendors, it differentiates through gaming-specific QA and copilot workflows, direct integration with Razer devices, open-source multi-GPU local deployment and a path from local development to distributed production inference. Relevant competitive alternatives include AWS game-development services, Unity and Unreal ecosystem tooling, general AI coding/inference stacks, and specialist game-analytics/QA providers.

Founding Story
Razer's AI strategy crystallized in early 2025 after more than two decades of gaming hardware and software experience and a platform serving more than 300 million users. The initial vision was to move from a hardware-led gaming brand toward software intelligence that augments developers and players: Project AVA/Game Companion-AI debuted at CES 2025, followed by QA Companion at GDC 2025.
Business Model
Revenue Model
A mixed model: commercial sales/configuration of Forge AI Dev Workstations and AI-capable hardware; enterprise/developer software and cloud-marketplace distribution for QA and game-assistance tools; and a free, open-source AIKit that supports Razer hardware and deployment ecosystem adoption. AIKit itself is available without a subscription and Forge advertises zero subscription costs.
