Products & Services
Open-source Apache-2.0 self-hosted voice-agent platform. It imports Dialogflow CX and CX Agent Studio agents, provides a drag-and-drop builder and test console, mixes scripted pages with LLM steps, supports HTTP/MCP tools, local records and document search, and handles browser, phone and SIP calls.
Rohan's original browser-based voice buddy, with speech generated live in the browser and presented as the interactive introduction on his portfolio site.
Personal openpilot build for a Hyundai Ioniq 6 on a comma 3X, including an NNLC steering tune, reverse-camera view, sentry mode and a phone dashboard, rebased onto sunnypilot releases.
A production bilingual Dialogflow CX virtual agent on Genesys CX for medical billing and records self-service.
Market Position
Lampline is positioned as a local-first, open-source alternative or complement to managed conversational-agent platforms such as Dialogflow CX and CX Agent Studio: it can import/export those agent formats while running the agent builder and runtime on a laptop, GPU box or on-prem server. Its differentiators are self-hosting, no telemetry, agents-as-code, mixed scripted/LLM flows, broad model-provider choice and telephony/SIP support; the public roadmap explicitly identifies managed contact-center platforms and integrations as the comparison/expansion space.
Leadership
Executive Team
Rohan Salvi
Conversational AI Architect; creator and maintainer of Lampline
Holds an M.S. in Information Systems (Data Science) from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a B.E. in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University. His public profile describes work with Dialogflow CX, Genesys, GenAI, voice/chat agents and openpilot.
Founding Story
Rohan's public portfolio grew out of hands-on work designing production conversational systems and experimenting with voice interfaces. The portfolio presents VOXY, an original browser voice buddy, and Lampline as an effort to make voice agents runnable on hardware controlled by the builder rather than only through a managed cloud platform.
Business Model
Revenue Model
Lampline is published as an open-source Apache-2.0 project and is self-hosted; the public materials do not describe a paid subscription or commercial licensing plan. Its documentation discusses infrastructure and model-provider call costs rather than a Rohan Salvi product price.
