SideGuide Technologies, Inc. is the parent legal entity — the actual company registered in Delaware. Under that umbrella, the team built multiple products: 1. **SideGuide** — their first product, a VS Code extension for learning code (got ~50,000 users) 2. **Mendable** — their second product, an AI-powered "chat with your docs" tool (landed customers like Snapchat, MongoDB, LangChain) 3. **Firecrawl** — their latest and biggest product, a web scraping/crawling API for AI The origin story: while building Mendable, the team kept running into the same problem — getting clean, structured web data for AI was really hard.
