Founding Story
The founders experimented for roughly nine months in 2016, changing the concept several times while investigating the emerging chatbot opportunity. Artem saw recurring process-management pain in Agile teams, and Alex brought the business idea to him; after customer discovery with distributed software teams using Slack bots, they focused on asynchronous standups. They applied to the equity-free Startup Sauna accelerator, created the Standuply brand and concept there, and launched at Startup Sauna Demo Day and Product Hunt.
