Products & Services
Executive technology leadership focused on product scaling, security, team efficiency, AI strategy, architecture, and process improvement for startups and established organizations.
Custom local or cloud models, multi-agent systems, secure conversational AI, computer vision/multimodal systems, enterprise automation, advanced RAG, and private LLM deployments.
Dedicated, closed-system AI infrastructure designed to keep organizational data in the customer's controlled environment while providing fixed-cost, high-speed and unlimited inference.
A StartupHakk LLC project: beta, open-source, self-hosted, terminal-native coding agent powered by local LLMs, with no subscription, API key, per-token billing, or required cloud service.
Market Position
StartupHakk positions its consulting practice around production-grade custom software and private AI rather than demos or public-API wrappers. OpenMonoAgent differentiates from cloud coding agents such as Claude Code and OpenCode by running inference on the user's hardware, keeping code on the local network, eliminating recurring token charges, and emphasizing .NET/Roslyn intelligence, Docker isolation and extensibility. Its tradeoff is that customers supply and operate compatible hardware.

Founding Story
StartupHakk was built by Spencer Thomason as a serious consulting and development firm rather than simply a bootcamp brand.
