Products & Services
Core open-source Python framework for building enterprise-grade multi-agent systems. Features backwards compatibility with LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI. Includes architectures like SequentialWorkflow, ConcurrentWorkflow, AgentRearrange, GraphWorkflow, MixtureOfAgents, GroupChat, ForestSwarm, HierarchicalSwarm, and SwarmRouter. Supports multiple LLM providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, DeepSeek, Ollama, and more.
The first multi-agent framework built in Rust. Ultra-fast, memory-safe, and production-ready multi-agent framework designed for maximum performance and reliability. Enables developers to build enterprise applications with native Rust performance.
Enterprise-grade hosted API with ultra-optimized runtime for deploying and scaling agent swarms in production. Provides cloud-based agent execution with global availability, multi-agent architectures, accelerated hardware, API telemetry, and comprehensive monitoring. Usage-based pricing with unified token costs and additional fees for agents, tools, and operations.
Premier marketplace for discovering, buying, and selling AI agents, prompts, tools, and components. Features App Store V1, bookmarks system, leaderboard, enhanced search, workflow templates, autonomous app development via DevSwarm, and cryptocurrency integration (Solana, $SWARMS tokens). Supports subscription and usage-based monetization with monthly creator competitions.
Market Position
Swarms positions itself as the first production-ready, enterprise-grade multi-agent orchestration framework, differentiating from competitors like AutoGen, CrewAI, and LangChain through: (1) Production-first design with enterprise security (HIPAA, ISO 27001, SOC 2); (2) Multi-language support (Python, Rust, C#) vs. Python-only competitors; (3) Native performance optimization and ultra-optimized runtime; (4) Comprehensive infrastructure stack including API, marketplace, and on-premise options; (5) Backward compatibility with existing frameworks; (6) Pioneering multi-agent architectures and communication protocols; (7) Open-source foundation with 5.6k+ GitHub stars; (8) Integration with 10+ LLM providers; (9) Advanced features like AutoSwarmBuilder, Model Context Protocol, and cryptocurrency payment integration; (10) Focus on scalability from individual agents to industry-wide transformation.
Leadership
Founders
Kye Gomez
Miami-born AI innovator who started programming at age 12. High school dropout who spent three years developing Swarms. Founder and CEO of Swarms and Director of Agora AI Labs (open-source AI research lab with 8,200+ researchers). Self-described as U/ACC (Urban Accelerationism) philosopher focused on expanding humanity through AI research, nanotechnology, and theoretical physics. Previously built a marketing consultancy using AI at age 16. Interests include basketball, MMA, reading, and research.
Executive Team
Kye Gomez
Founder & CEO
22-year-old AI innovator, high school dropout, founder of Swarms and Director of Agora AI Labs. Started programming at age 12, built marketing consultancy at 16. U/ACC philosopher focused on expanding humanity through AI, nanotechnology, and theoretical physics.
Founding Story
While conducting open-source research on Chain of Thought and model architectures, founder Kye Gomez realized individual large language models suffered from hallucinations, limited memory, and task constraints. He concluded that AI's future lay in collaboration rather than isolated scaling. Recruiting researchers from his Discord community, he began building a framework to democratize multi-agent systems. The project started as an open-source research initiative in 2021 and operated as a passion project until February 2024, when it officially transitioned into The Swarm Corporation.
Business Model
Revenue Model
Hybrid subscription and usage-based pricing. Revenue streams include: (1) API usage fees based on token consumption, agent execution, and tool usage; (2) Monthly/annual subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Ultra, Enterprise); (3) On-premise licensing at $9,999/year; (4) Marketplace transaction fees from agent/prompt/tool sales; (5) Enterprise custom solutions and training services; (6) Cryptocurrency integration with $SWARMS tokens for marketplace transactions.
Pricing Tiers
Sign-up bonus credits, basic API access, pay-per-use pricing, community support, marketplace access. No premium endpoints. Usage costs: $6.50 per 1M input tokens, $18.50 per 1M output tokens, $0.01 per agent, plus tool fees.
Everything in Free plus global availability, multi-agent architectures, accelerated hardware, API telemetry, priority support, Pro models, premium endpoints (batch processing, reasoning agents). 50% nighttime discount on token costs (8 PM - 6 AM PT).
Everything in Pro plus premium models, more agents per request, increased rate limits, SOC 2 compliance, enhanced security, marketplace fetching, priority routing.
24/7 support, custom solutions, onsite training, custom agent development, no rate limits, experimental features, dedicated account management.
Docker deployment, full source code access, unlimited usage, 1-year enterprise license with priority support.
