Products & Services
Persistent cloud AI agents that connect to business tools, execute real work, learn from ongoing context, and run interactively or autonomously.
Organization-level collaboration layer for shared agents, connections, knowledge, skills, controls, usage analytics, and billing without per-user fees.
On-demand dashboards, trackers, calculators, approval workflows, and other interactive applications generated by agents and connected to live company data.
Dedicated browser capability for navigating complex sites, signing in, filling forms, and automating services that lack APIs.
Market Position
Tasklet positions itself as a horizontal cloud agent operating system or AI command center that owns and executes work across many systems, rather than a chatbot that only answers questions or a conventional point-to-point workflow automation tool. Its differentiation is the combination of persistent agents, broad integrations/API/MCP access, browser and code execution, generated mini-apps, multi-model routing, and team-level governance. It competes broadly with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier and Make, enterprise RPA/automation vendors such as UiPath, and general-purpose AI work/agent products such as Microsoft Copilot and Glean.

Founding Story
Tasklet was started by the Firebase/Shortwave founding team to address the fragmentation of knowledge work across email, spreadsheets, CRMs, project-management tools, and other applications. Its initial vision was a work operating system in which a single cloud agent connects to those systems, generates interfaces or code when needed, and performs work rather than merely answering questions.
