Thurbeen is an individual developer/creator identity rather than a conventional company. Its main open-source project, Thurbox, is a terminal-native TUI and headless CLI for orchestrating multiple coding-agent sessions side by side in persistent tmux panes, with worktrees, multi-repository sessions and agent-neutral CLI support.

Founding Story
Arthur says he built Thurbox out of frustration with the lack of good tooling for managing multiple terminal tabs, coding-agent sessions and different Git worktrees. Manually remembering which agent to resume in which repository created cognitive overhead, while session persistence was a major pain point; Thurbox began as his daily tool built around battle-tested tmux rather than a reimplemented multiplexer.
