Products & Services
An AI product-adoption agent for B2B SaaS. Lumi connects product and backend data, builds living profiles of people and companies, identifies who qualifies for an adoption goal, generates personalized guidance inside a human-approved campaign, sends email or Slack nudges, and measures whether the target behavior moved.
The company's earlier/currently described customer-success product: monitors every account, flags churn risk and product-adoption opportunities, prepares talking points and QBR decks using a team's templates and playbook, and tells CSMs what to say.
Market Position
Userlens positions Lumi as an AI-native product-adoption agent that is more prescriptive and behavior-grounded than generic onboarding, lifecycle-email, or analytics tooling: it decides what a specific customer should do next, operates within a campaign brief approved by a human, and measures product-behavior change rather than only opens or clicks. Its earlier AI-CSM positioning also places it against conventional customer-success and churn-management platforms by monitoring every account and preparing CSM-ready guidance at the scale of a top-account playbook.

Founding Story
At Wudpecker, the founders had 25,000 users and more than 1,000 customers but could not see which accounts were about to churn; they often learned that accounts had died only at renewal. Userlens was started to build the tool they wished they had: an AI CSM that monitors every account, spots risk and opportunity from actual usage, and prepares guidance for the customer team. The company's newer Lumi positioning applies the same vision to helping every user get more value from the product they already use.
