Vibe Coding Hackathon

1. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States
• Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry
• Void where prohibited by law
• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of EveryDev.ai may participate for fun but are not eligible to win prizes

2. How to Enter

• Log in to EveryDev.ai with your GitHub or Google account
• Create and post a Vibe (thread)
• When posting, check the hackathon checkbox confirming eligibility and entry
• Limit: 1 hackathon entries per user

3. Hackathon Period

• Opens TBD
• Closes TBD

4. Judging and Winners

• This is a judged hackathon, not a sweepstakes
• Judging criteria: creativity, originality, community engagement
• Winners chosen by EveryDev.ai at its sole discretion
• Winners announced TBD

5. Prizes

• Total prize pool: $1,000 USD
• Individual prizes will not exceed $500 USD
• Prizes distributed via Venmo

6. Notification and Delivery

• Winners notified via the email tied to their EveryDev.ai account
• Winners must reply with a valid Venmo handle within 7 days
• Prizes sent within 14 days of confirmation

7. General Conditions

• By entering, you agree to these rules and EveryDev.ai's decisions
• Entries violating community guidelines may be disqualified
• Participation grants permission for EveryDev.ai to use your username, entry, and likeness in promotions

8. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release EveryDev.ai and partners from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

This hackathon is governed by the laws of California, USA.
