Products & Services
Managed cloud deployment with shared spaces, seats, hosted storage, review queues, APIs, webhooks and MCP access.
MIT-licensed, local-first database and workspace that runs on a user's machine or inside a private network; available via npx, Docker, source, desktop and mobile applications.
Typed, related, queryable records with views, forms and structured fields for business data and agent output.
Durable documents and shared team memory with source, review history and versioning.
Market Position
Busabase positions itself between people-first tools such as Notion and Airtable and developer-first databases/platforms such as Supabase: it combines structured data that agents can read and write with human-readable interfaces and a review gate for changes. It differentiates from agent memory/vector stores by serving a whole team's shared system of record, from Linear by keeping the resulting business data rather than only process, and from Sanity/Notion-style agent features by making record-level proposed changes, provenance and approval central.

Founding Story
Busabase emerged from the team's experience running more than 30 agents inside a company in early 2026. They found that individual agents kept isolated drives, sessions and files, creating agent silos, weak permissions and no shared record of the work. The initial vision was to build the 'seat' for agents: a shared, structured workspace where agents propose work, people review it, and approved results remain as durable company data.
