Products & Services
Context-powered AI platform combining automation, AI models, capabilities, Skills, Knowledge Base, Meetings, connectors, enterprise governance and multiple deployment surfaces.
No-code, context-aware AI teammates that answer questions, draft content and take actions using company documents, wikis, transcripts, live data and configured tools; deployable in Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, browsers, Microsoft Office and via API.
Multi-step, event-driven automations with reusable blocks, knowledge and data references, model selection, human review, schedules, batch processing, webhooks and 100+ pre-built actions.
A connected source of truth that ingests and grounds Agents and Workflows in documents, policies, wikis, transcripts and other business knowledge, with synchronization and document verification.
Market Position
Cassidy positions itself as a context-powered, no-code enterprise automation layer rather than a rigid if/then workflow tool, generic chatbot, enterprise search product or meeting silo. Its differentiation is the combination of company-specific knowledge, reasoning Agents, multi-step Workflows, human review, broad model choice and enterprise governance; its own comparison content names Zapier, Make, n8n, Glean, Loopio, Responsive, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and OpenAI Agent Builder as adjacent alternatives.
Leadership
Founders
Justin Fineberg
CEO and co-founder. Before Cassidy, he was Lead Product Manager at BLADE and co-founded the creative agency Alt; he also built a large audience explaining practical AI and automation concepts online.
Ian Woodfill
CTO and co-founder. An engineer and long-time collaborator of Fineberg, he previously spent about two years building software at the no-code development platform Bubble.
Executive Team
Justin Fineberg
Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder
Former Lead Product Manager at BLADE; co-founded Alt creative agency and built a large online audience around practical AI education.
Ian Woodfill
Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder
Engineer and former software builder at Bubble; long-time collaborator of Fineberg with no-code product expertise.
Founding Story
Fineberg and Woodfill started Cassidy in 2023 after seeing that the people who understood business processes best were generally not engineers. Fineberg's practical AI education and Woodfill's no-code software experience led them to build a platform that lets teams create context-aware generative-AI automations from their own company knowledge, without a specialist engineering team.
