Leadership
Founders
Ben Senescu
Founder/CEO. Studied computer science at Northeastern University, where he also started a Patreon-style platform for musicians; later spent about three years at Klaviyo, rising to senior software engineer on its application-security team, and about a year at accessibility startup Patrol building an AI agent for Shopify accessibility problems.
Executive Team
Ben Senescu
Founder and CEO
Former senior software engineer at Klaviyo and founding software engineer at Patrol; computer science graduate of Northeastern University.
Founding Story
Ben Senescu began investigating SEO for another project and found existing tools overwhelming and difficult to use with the AI tools he already used. After discovering DataForSEO and asking the TechSEO Reddit community whether an open-source tool would be useful, he shared an initial OpenSEO version the following week. The initial vision was an inspectable, customizable, self-hostable and affordable alternative to large SEO suites, with an agent-native workflow.
Business Model
