Fusor
Fusor is an open-source Rust framework for building reactive web applications with ordinary HTML files for UI and Rust for state and frontend logic. It compiles Rust to WebAssembly, type-checks template bindings, and updates only the bindings affected by signal changes.

Products & Services
Reactive web framework for Rust and HTML. Developers write components in .html files and keep state and behavior in Rust modules; the compiler connects the two and targets browser WebAssembly.
Terminal renderer and CLI application framework for Fusor. It lets developers build native terminal interfaces with HTML, Rust state, reactive updates, bounded CSS layout, keyboard navigation, focus handling, and cleanup ownership.
Database-agnostic terminal SQL client built with HyperCMD and Fusor. The installed executable is named boom; it runs queries, streams results into tables, supports saved connections, query history/starred queries, and SQL completion.
Market Position
Fusor positions itself against Rust UI frameworks including Dioxus, Leptos, and Sycamore. Its differentiator is HTML-first authoring: unlike Dioxus and Leptos, which put markup in Rust macros or Rust views, Fusor keeps markup in separate HTML files connected to ordinary Rust modules; it also emphasizes fine-grained updates without a virtual DOM. Sycamore is described as the closest design comparator, but Fusor differs in its separate HTML-template authoring model. HyperCMD extends this positioning to terminal UIs, while SQL Bomb is a specialized database client built on the same stack.

Creator and maintainer
Publicly identified as the Hacker News author of the Fusor announcement and the GitHub author of the project repositories and recent commits.
Founding Story
The creator said Fusor was started to provide a Rust web framework in which templates remain plain HTML rather than markup embedded in Rust macros such as view! or rsx!. The initial vision was to keep state and logic in ordinary Rust structs, compile the application to WebAssembly, and retain Rust type-checking for HTML bindings; the project was explicitly described as experimental and open to contributions.

Revenue Model
Open-source software distributed under MIT licenses across the Fusor, HyperCMD, and SQL Bomb repositories; the official pages describe development and installation but no paid commercial plans or usage-based pricing.
