Products & Services
Customer support and product-feedback platform combining a shared inbox, live chat, email and messaging channels, knowledge base, surveys, product tours, in-app messaging, bug reporting, session replay, feature requests, public roadmap and integrations.
AI support agent that answers customer conversations from connected knowledge and systems, cites sources, investigates hard tickets with logs, screen recordings, account data and code, and hands off to people with context.
AI team copilot that drafts replies and help articles, explains reports, merges duplicate requests, assists with setup and drafts changelogs.
AI software-engineering agent that turns confirmed customer-reported bugs into plans, code changes and pull requests or merge requests for engineers to review and merge.
Market Position
Gleap positions itself as an AI-native customer-support platform that connects the help desk to product feedback, in-app evidence and engineering execution. Compared with established help desks such as Intercom, Zendesk and Freshdesk, and feedback/bug tools such as Canny and Instabug, Gleap emphasizes a single customer-feedback loop in which Kai can answer, investigate and prepare a reviewed code change rather than stopping at ticket management.

Executive Team
Lukas Böhler
Co-founder, CEO and managing director
Software engineer and former co-founder/operator of BoehlerBrothers software agency.
Isabella Salzmann
Co-founder and COO
Former BoehlerBrothers project manager; previously worked on the Vorarlberg Chamber of Labour's Digital Campus project.
Founding Story
BoehlerBrothers repeatedly received long, vague bug-report emails from clients that developers could not act on. The agency built an internal tool called BugBattle to capture screenshots, device/browser context and other information needed to reproduce issues; clients then asked to use it themselves. BugBattle launched externally in 2020, and in 2021 it was rebranded as Gleap and spun out as a standalone company with Salzmann and Duelli.
