About Gleap
Gleap GmbH, based in Schwarzach, Austria, makes an AI-native customer support platform for software teams. It combines a shared inbox, in-app bug reporting, feedback and roadmap tools with four Kai agents (Support, Resolve, Code and PM) that work on shared customer context. Customer reports can end in an answer, an evidence-backed investigation, or a pull request that the team reviews.
What It Is
Gleap is a help desk and feedback workspace built for software and SaaS teams. Conversations from the widget, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Slack and Telegram land as tickets with customer history. SDK bug reports can include session replay, console and network logs, device data and events, depending on setup.
How the Kai Agents Work Together
Kai Support answers customers from connected knowledge such as the website, docs, snippets and help center, and escalates when needed. Kai Resolve investigates harder tickets using logs, the click trail and read-only code access, and prepares coding tasks for confirmed bugs. Kai Code plans the change, edits code, runs tests and opens a pull request linked to the ticket. Kai PM scores and sorts feature requests against company goals. Gleap says the team decides what ships.
Review and Release Controls
Per Gleap, Kai Code does not merge or deploy; engineers review, merge and release. Kai Resolve works read-only in a sandbox and destructive tools such as deletes and refunds are blocked. By default a teammate confirms the fix is live before Gleap sends the customer follow-up on the original ticket.
Integrations and Compliance
Gleap lists integrations with Jira, Linear, GitHub, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion and Zapier. Kai Resolve can query data through MCP servers, coding tasks can open in Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, and a Gleap MCP server exposes tickets and contacts to MCP clients. Gleap states it is SOC 2 Type II audited and GDPR compliant, with EU or US data residency.
