Kris Marszalek
To accelerate the arrival of AGI by building a decentralized network of autonomous, self-improving AI agents that perform real-world tasks for the good of humanity.
Founding Story
Kris Marszalek, the CEO of Crypto.com, acquired the ai.com domain in April 2025 for $70 million paid entirely in cryptocurrency, setting a record as the largest publicly known domain sale in history. The domain was purchased from Malaysian entrepreneur Arsyan Ismail, who had listed it for sale in March 2025 for $100 million. Larry Fischer served as the broker for the deal. Marszalek's vision was to enable mainstream adoption of autonomous AI agents and create a decentralized network of billions of agents that self-improve and share improvements to accelerate the advent of artificial general intelligence (AGI). The company officially launched on February 8, 2026, with a 30-second Super Bowl LX commercial on NBC.
