About AI.com
AI.com is a consumer-facing AI agent platform founded by Kris Marszalek, the co-founder and CEO of Crypto.com. The platform enables users to generate private, personal AI agents that go beyond answering questions to actively performing tasks on the user's behalf. Launched on February 8, 2026, alongside a 30-second Super Bowl LX commercial, ai.com positions itself as a no-code entry point into autonomous AI agents for mainstream consumers. The platform is currently in beta, with users able to claim unique username handles while full agent capabilities are being rolled out.
AI.com made headlines before the product itself launched. Marszalek paid $70 million in cryptocurrency for the ai.com domain in April 2025, the largest publicly disclosed domain sale in history, eclipsing the previous record of $49.7 million for CarInsurance.com. The company then spent an estimated $8 million on a 30-second Super Bowl LX commercial during the fourth quarter, making it one of 15 AI companies (23% of all advertisers) to run ads during the broadcast. When the ad aired and directed roughly 130 million viewers to the site, the website immediately crashed under the traffic surge. Marszalek posted on X that they experienced "insane traffic levels" and had "prepared for scale, but not for THIS." The site was eventually restored, but the outage drew widespread commentary about the gap between the platform's marketing spend and its technical readiness at launch.
- Autonomous AI Agents - Create personal agents that operate on the user's behalf, organizing work, sending messages, and executing actions across connected applications
- Zero-to-Agent in 60 Seconds - Users pick a personal handle, assign an AI handle, and generate their agent immediately with no technical knowledge required
- Self-Improving Network - Agents autonomously build missing features and capabilities needed to complete real-world tasks, then share improvements across the network to benefit all users
- Decentralized Agent Architecture - Built on a vision of a decentralized network of billions of autonomous agents that self-improve and share enhancements with each other
- Task Automation - Planned capabilities include stock trading, workflow automation, calendar management, project building, and social profile updates
- Privacy and Security - Each agent operates in a dedicated secure environment with data segregated and encrypted using user-specific keys, restricted to user-defined capability limits
- Permission-Based Control - Agents remain fully under user control with permission-based access to applications and services
- Username Handle System - Early adopters can secure their unique ai.com/username handle during the beta phase
- Future Integrations - Roadmap includes financial services integrations, agent marketplaces, and human-agent co-social networks
